Well, lets see now:

2. it's making money,
3. it's a good resource,
4. the mine is spitting out Gold and copper,
5. Fantastic Gold price, good copper price,
6. debt is forecast to be paid off by next year,
7. it's cheap
hmmm ...no brainer really. Here's Waiting for that knock on the door for a T/O. Let's hope it not too far away.
