    I agree it is a large amount. What I am saying is that despite a 4 week suspension there is still no term sheet available . So there is zero chance of resisting any time soon. The fact they have not made an announcement to that effect by today is a very serious concern. We can talk all we want about long term but the reality is they can’t raise the funds to execute this deal and there is no CFDA. So what is left ?
