Will be interesting. Did management move on the JV before CFDA actually in hand? Have they been informed it has been approved and waiting on the formal accreditation? From what I’ve been able to find it can take a month from formal approval to issue of documents. If CR failed and it resumes tomorrow morning we’re in the same position we started in before the suspension. CFDA still not in hand but expected “soon”. I for one don’t want to be the one selling out of fear only to see the CFDA approval come through in the coming weeks/months. Until we have some firm news back on the CFDA (good or bad) it’s a hold for me.
