    Has anyone seen a term sheet ? Is there anything concrete ? The company has gone very quite and doesn’t seem to be leaking as much information recently ? I’m not sure how any professional investor could possibly invest without much ramped CFDA and in a company that has now been suspended 4 weeks and will most likely be suspended another2 weeks. I hope I’m wrong but this looks very very ugly. Yoda may be right after all....
