    Hi Weldad,

    I received the LNC newsletter last thursday. PB has just very briefly and skipped the sale of Teresa tenement in his message. IMO the sale is fallen through for Xinwen.. And I do not think PB has any firm buyer in his message. Sp will definitely be dropping next week. But hope I am wrong.

    Anybody has other opinion?
