I had to halve my holdings. I've been a bit sceptical as of late. Most friends/acquaintances with office jobs seem to not be going back to working from the office since covid ended. Working from home has continued and only become more common. This, coupled with extremely high maintenance costs and high interest rates, I just can't see much light at the end of the tunnel.
i was hoping for some of these offices to be transformed into residential appartments but this also may seem not viable.
