Most seem to be hybrid arrangements allowing some working from home. Several have no mandated minimum but even those with a minimum seem to be mainly less than 50% of the time in the office.
Bernard Salt is quoted as expecting WFH to settle at around 10-15% but the WFH impetus seems to me to be larger than that with recruiters suggesting that the nature of a company's hybrid WFH policy was one of the number one questions asked.
Seems like a lot less office space to me :
