the current job market leaves employers without much bargaining power but that will soon turn as economy slows down ..
there is no doubt productivity is higher when you are in the office as compared to home… some people may think it’s more productive but most people will get distracted from things
with almost zero positive news or sentiment on Cof and trading at almost 50% discount to nta… even allowing a realistic 20% drop in nta, we are still well below the realistic value
not buying more but also not selling
