As someone who has over 103 people in the team, working from an in person facility is vital. It is clear performance is significantly greater after in person visits, and the demand for high purpose space will be important.
we should also remember the government will likely intervene more. GDP is dependent on working in office spaces and that can help COF.
as a holder I think it will drop more but the yield will be great and the cap upside will be attractive when interest rates decrease and the market changes again.
