6-7x profit before tax would be a screaming buy for me eventhough I doubt that the share price would get that low.
Right now, I'm in no rush to pick up any shares even at $1.88. I would much prefer to invest in a REIT or a fund manager to get the same yield.
Plus, management isn't buying which is a big sign to me.
