to say that the Americans are ONLY intervening in Iraq because of oil is a big fat lie.
Oil is ONE of the reasons but not the ONLY reason.
Also, don't ever expect the weapons inspectors to actually find any WMDs there whether they exist or not.
As they have said, they are not detectives.
