It becomes more an issue for ASIC when similar letters are sent to Josh Frydenberg as The Treasurer is the Minister responsible for ASIC and there will be time limits on ASIC responding to The Treasurer's office on voter representations. Funnily enough, Josh has seen the light on climate change now that an election is coming up - so maybe he'll see a glimmer that sits in his own portfolio.
