ie. -- if we are in a sim ------
would RC exist in the 'real world'
would it exist at all in the sim (I'm pretty through that it can't in that case)
and, if we are in some sort of replay - which I also suspect is possible - then, there's absolutely zero random chance - none, zip, zilch
