It's going no where until they definitively say the mine is a goer or silver suddenly jumps a buck or two over night.

It has been in the twenty cent range before and i have a sneeking suscpion they will go to shareholders yet again.
It is the policy as stated by Oneil himself.

Can anyone tell me how long it would take to get a mine like this up and running? Surely by now they must be pumping out some sort of silver?

Also in real terms they said the operation was profitable at 9$ an ounce.. that was years ago, wonder what the projection is now?
