For public events I propose we call it the 'You're Welcome' ceremony performed by the Australian Armed forces on behalf all those who gave their life and served in battle to protect Australia.
Another ceremony called a 'Your Welcome From the Hard Working Tax Payer' should be performed by a flogged out tradie, emergency nurse or process worker etc each time any representative from the government publicly discuss or meet about any proposed or current ongoing Indigenous spending or programme.
