Not sure where you get the p.e. of 11x from as the current p.e. is 14.8x and based on my 2015/2016 numbers the forward p.e. is 13.1x.
Aside from the fact I see little, if any chance of MMS getting back to $18.50 in the foreseeable future, the market will want to see (a) an improvement in the contributions from the GRS division (b) reversal of the decline of the AM contribution and (c) evidence of a healthy (full year) contribution from the acquisition of the Financial Services operations before taking the stock too much higher.
Things will become a lot clearer when we see their 1st half results early next year.
