The investors who are currently subscribing and the outstanding debt just paid with stock is a clear indication something is happening behind the scenes of which can not be made public.

This is not dead, for the moment, I believe it's all in the hands of the regulators. I'm not losing confidence, but I'm not happy with the consistent delays and setbacks.

Hopefully we will wake up to an announcement that will bring smiles to our dials.
