    2 questions, MC = share price? I would be happy at 60 cents or more and how would a takeover work?

    I too worry that a takeover would erode all my patience (>10 years).! 40 million bucks seems awfully cheap to buy a company on the cusp of success! In reality the SP would be higher right now but too many people have had their fingers burnt. That said I too have faith in Jim's ability and connections (half the battle) in the industry.....
