These guys get 49% after 10 years do they diagnose earlier or treat better?

Either way they were a long way ahead of us 10 years ago.

Oncology reports is a peer reviewed journal and these results should not be dismissed because they were not double blind cross over etc.

An open triai would be the best result, A third party can do the staging and analyse all data to eliminate bias, The data can be compared to similar patents on other treatments. See Cochrane reviews of this data

Just my opinion but to dismiss these results out of hand deprives future patients of the potential benefit of SC-1
