Pap, agree with what you say. The overhang is there. Why would any heavy investor buy on market above 5c when he can get a portion of this 112m overhang.

You ask why? Don't know but probably have committed to this. Probably because of heavy spending had them worried. Today's commitment of $6.5m this yr alone mainly on manufacture of two drugs shows the difficulty they were in.

Still believe it could have been handled better, BUT also still believe in a HUGE future for PAB.

Make the most of these opportunities IMO.
