If this really upsets you, then take the case to your local "grass roots" green politician. They'd be excited to progress this into the media and beyond because of the political mileage it would give them. I'd be surprised if they didn't pick this up and run with it...
Ultimately, WHC is a cash machine with a long pipeline of resources set to come online. So any political energy from the greens would be better redirected into chasing "insider trading" than it would be in other irritating ways.
