Sorry to say there is no buying in those announcement.
The notices are confirmation of the performance shares entrusted to our management team for the stirling performance in meeting all documented time line & getting us to production by end of 2012.
They probably can't buy on market due to sensitive announcements due shortly (insider information etc)
Why buy when you get then for nothing. Not like is was a significant amaount of shares anyway, only 144,300,000...(not a typo)
