here’s a reality check: -

PEN is not even in the same class as PDN

PDN is a past proven producer - PEN is not !

PDN won’t have any problems getting back into production. - PEN on the other hand is still trying to work out the chemistry so that they can become a viable producer - do you understand the difference ?

until PEN can prove that they have the ability to produce profitability there can be no logical comparison with PDN
