Of course the boat will rise and fall, as will all other U stocks. Stocks such as Pen will only peak when and if the industry predicted boom eventuates. "Until then?"
If history repeats itself the rise and fall will be rapid and unpredictable, understanding supply and contract commitments will assist in picking the tipping point IMO.
Having taken a position in PEN at the COVID lows I feel I'm positioned well to take advantage of the globes rapid shift and commitment to de-carbonise. The COVID impact on supply and the US stance on domestic U can only enhance the chance of success too. Hopefully I have been fortuitous and engaged a U position during the cycle ebb. IMO this will take time, I am also content to be patient. Good luck.
