QMNO will be tradebale, at current prices will probably be 4c.
QMN has had short term selling pressure from placement staggers and appears to have been capped, you can see sellers pulling off the ask if it appears they will be hit.
This is a bargain at these levels, have picked up 300k shares and will look for more on any pullback.
