Rate was high back in 2000s & kept on rising, yet property prices kept on accelerating (doubled in Perth & best in history). That's when many greedy property investors became rich overnight. Bring on the interest rate hike, can't wait to see Aussie economy recovering again & more job creations, resulting in more appetite in property investment again. The sooner the better.
