It certainly is plumbing close to new lows, certainly the 3 year performance isn’t all that sparkling, contrary to that spruced by Karl Seigerling. Hardly auspicious when they want to float a new LIC (more of a trading fund) in the near future; based on the longer term performance, one would be hesitant to touch it even with a 40 foot pole !

I have doubts about the 'staged' buying and selling process they use. I've yet to see any proof that it adds value. One assumes that it won't be used in the new fund, so it will be interesting to see the comparison.
