If you care the discount to WAM and AFI that trade at a 10% premium one would think the managers performance must be inferior.
If you look at the performance it is not in fact inferior but superior
If that continues the manager will gain increased notoriety and the discount should move to a premium
Be interesting to see if the NTA this month is still around $1.10 given the SP is under $1.00 and the dividend is paid.
