Doesn’t help when you have Wood Mackenzie Vice Chair admitting they screwed the zinc oversupply forecast. As this other bloke points out, there would have been plenty of analysts blindly taking that WM forecast and driving it down the throats of the market (investors, refiners, consumers). What actually transpired from a supply perspective was way off. They overstated the supply side by over 1Mt. Take a moment to think about that number. Makes you wonder who they work for.
