At this time, we don't need to replace GC, surely Wal can run the ship while funding is being sorted out by the Banks. I mean, what has Wal got to do, let alone GC as well.
GC is not an Infrastructure person as far as I am aware. The only work going on is to do with the future Rail Line Corridor from Port to Mine.
