Frustrating short term but as they say, "build it and they will come". The whole U space has had a pull back and we have not been immune to it. Unfortunately, we lagged a little and didn't get the rerate we were hoping for before the pull back. The chart is still looking bullish in my view and as the assets are developed they will speak for themselves.
