Nothing else to talk about here. I'm thinking late Feb or March for an indicative offer of finance. Just hope the terms are just and equitable. A $30m placement and a $60m terms offer would be acceptable to me, provided I can get my nose in the "placement trough" like the instos. Of course, Pattos must be "gun-shy" on this having made a significant withdrawal from their sophisticated investor "bank of goodwill" at 20c last time around.
At 10c there will be some dilution. Maybe pitch at a higher placement share price but with an attaching option. Thoughts on timing and possible price?
