I did not realise the carpark was a new extension, as I took it as tailings. Do you mean where the plant was first planned to go and changed, or is this carpark something else?

I agree though that safe and effective processing of the ore body and tailings is all the government is looking for. If this can be achieved then I am thinking continued mining at Mt morgan will be the end game.

This could easily be another Mt Rawdon style earner
