If this vessel, Xiu Yu Hai is carrying Grange product then it would be Grange organising the shipping on CFR terms so control of the product doesn't cross to Bluescope Steel until the vessel docks in Port Kembla. So if the vessel doesn't dock in Port Kembla before 12 midnight tomorrow 30th Sept then the shipment won't be counted as a Q3 shipment.
