management won't change, muppets of the large chinese shareholder, so no roadshows, no blue sky presentations, no research reports, etc etc, only the minimum info they are required to give.
So no institutional buying for this stock, so no big upside, only if they realize some more dividend pay out, which is maybe on the cards, some price rise will happen.
