While everyone is complaining about the SP not reflecting the fundamentals, I am, for one, delighted that this stock exists and stays that cheap.
All through 2020, If, after a couple of paychecks, I didn't have the time to do enough research or it failed to identify a good bargain, GRR has been my go-to stock to park the money in.
It has slowly crept up to 9% of my portfolio (225k shares) and has already paid 12.5% of gross dividends for my average.
It has minimal downside, reasonable upside and amazing yield. They could make half the money and still easily give the same dividend.
I hope it stays under 28.5c forever as that equals a 10% gross yield which I've set up as my psychological buying limit. Unless they start giving 2c dividends or get serious about block caving, then I'll reassess.
