David Novac and upgoing IO prices was the reason the shareprice went up to mid 30's.
Then he bailed, because he could not get close to the management(no PR job) and fill his pockets.
Now we are left with no promotion at all, no institutional covering and buying.
A large shareholder that really do not care what the price of the stock is.
So no real reasons to expect this SP will run.
Maybe when we get 2 cents dividiend, SP will move higher the 30 cents.
It is a div play, and management will not change, and Shagang will not sell its position.
South Down is not attractive, it is only a burden, they are trying to sell it already for 5 years...no interest at all.
Waiting for the next dividend, hopefully 2 cents, would make me very happy.
