More ships and fewer apartments. And perhaps one or two major brokers covering it (as they used to in the past) which then might alert instos to the merits of the core business.
Think I'm dreamin though - more likely the investment case will continue to rely on cash backing being drip fed to holders - all the while management explores creative new ways to use up the cash.
