I’m backing 1.5 maybe 2c dividend for the full year, management went into the property venture because they thought that was the best investment for shareholders at the time... In other words, they didn’t have a clue how to invest their excess funds!
They said that investment is for shareholders, so any profits from property should come straight back to us?
hopefully bumping up the dividend?
we’ll see.
