and Brimo is correct. It is a bulk carrier. Perhaps the reason for this is due to tug boat shortage at Port Latta? Wouldn't be hard to truck stockpiled ore from Port Latta to Burnie would it? No one ever said that ore was getting trucked from mine site to Burnie....
