Conclusion: PEN will mine, but will not make enough money if price is too low, and share price will go accordingly in anticipation. Also, if the big holders get out, how will we ever get any back faced with the same problem we had for years (too many shares with too many holders - ie top20 very small)
I don't think PALA would get out, but the banks and investment firms will if they can.
