When a company misses several deadlines, and sets new deadlines for themselves recently and misses it again, I think that's a fair reason as an 'investor' to be critical.

re: capital raising. I've been here through a lot more capital raises than you mate.
The criticism here is they have told investors they're fully funded for a full DFS, suddenly they capital raised while being 6 months late.
