For some Friday afternoon speculation, I hope this morning's shake down was to soften up the market for a take over offer next week. I thought the response to the Breon Defence deal would come in the morning and it appears it came this morning?? As moosey pointed out, it was a rather professional sell down.

If the Carlyle Group buys MST at a low ball price, then merges it with Combined Systems, it creates an interesting company!! With negative real interest rates in the UK and US, it's certainly not expensive to fund a take-over with debt.

Or, maybe it will be BAE and they can own the MST MPM solution for their MCTAGS and all the potential of MAUL and 3GL!
