In response to ho ho hums and truth seekers of this world, I say this.
I now feel much better informed person, having produced this exchange with Fred Woollard.
It pays to bear in mind the gestation time for Freddyray's involvement in this conversation.
Here are a couple from 12 on record:

Why are 'PIF unit holders' being asked to vote on anything relating to ARL?
It appears ARL should never have been appointed by Wellington Capital Ltd originally
without PIF unit holders consent and this issue is currently in the courts!!!

ARL is now an independent company, completely separate from PIF.
Regardless of whether Wellington Capital had the power to separate the two companies,
the fact is it has happened and it can't be reversed.
The issue for us now is whether to vote to approve the ARL accounts and whether to re-elect Tony Pope.
I agree with raven1 that we should vote against both resolutions.
Let's call them 'Anonymous waste lands', thankfully no more!
.... the tough get going!
