    determining gas composition from mud logs is notoriously difficult, but given that there were minimal mud losses while drilling this section, the mud-returns would provide a reasonable indication of the types of hydrocarbons present.
    As Ya indicated, eni would have the LWD data also, so would be able to make some interpretations, particularly if the cuttings are homogenous.

    The source rock in the kitchen (MG) is >10km deep of organic sediments, therefore as it spills into the Heron structure, it would be feeding from very deep. If you look back to the first well that was drilled in the entire basin, it was Heron-1, because it was smack bang in a large prominent regional feature. With the benefit of new data, not to mention hindsight, H-1 only got to the peripheral vicinity of the main reservoirs.

    This is how DM described it:
