    Well the announcement came out today of course ... a shareholders meeting will be convened in March to approve the deal ... and we will get our money sometime later ...

    ... I should have sold my shares as soon as the takeover was announced ...

    ps: Someone dumped about 20,000 shares as soon as the announcement came out ... I guess they couldn't wait
