    here are the undisputed facts now
    1-its a cash cow with absolute monopoly in key mkts
    2-the fed govt has it in the books at about $5.25

    like any large seller my feeling is they'll have to sell at a significant discount (whether they like it or not)and even more so given the large qty of shares to come onto the mkt

    in the short term this will possibly mean some dilution in share price
    they'll want to do it sooner rather than later before the affect of rising interest rates start to kick into the economy and before consumers commence pulling back on discretionary spending

    which ever way they decide to package the sale (instalments or not!)my very LONG TERM view is that with the govt and ziggy out of the picture and tls getting back to some basics then its gotta be worth at least $4.50 and who knows in 10years it might get back to those hyped up tech days of 9 bucks somenthing

    provided they keep the customers happy and commence strong eps and cash growth pattern then for the real long term holders baring any unforseen events the long term outlook trend should be positive and this might translate into appropriate share price movements
