u.s and russians shouldn't of encouraged saddam to implement such weapons in the first place during the iraq/iran war.

it is like an authority officer throwing a kilo of cocaine to an innocent bystander then charges him with illegal possesion.

the u.s implement these weapons, they encouraged saddam to use wmd's so why shouldn't iraq use them ?

and if they have used them to upease the shi'ite uprising, then why is the yanks problem ?
