Anitua will still want to be paid for the equipment. They don't supply it for free. Their agreement was for a preferred supplier at arms lengths commercial terms.

I agree that the Gunvor funding appears to be still in place provided we can deliver the ore but the Incor funding is definitely not available the facility was cancelled after the CoA decision when they converted the $5 mill outstanding balance to shares and cancelled the facility.
