The landholders are not putting up any money, they are free carried. AVQ will have to put up 100% of the capex.
If 20% of the revenue flows to the landholders then AVQ also stand for 100% of the opex.
No funds will come from Incor. They have cancelled the remaining $10m facility. Gone. Incor have left the building, forget Incor. They also started selling their holding.
No agreement with Gunvor is in place. The pre-payment you speak of will only happen IF AVQ produces, i.e. capex has already been raised.
